A Note From Tracy, our CEO:
I started in sales and marketing before the "bells and whistles". It was such an unbelievable ride during the digital transformation era and the years that followed. Clients that would ask "Tracy, what do you think? Is this Internet thing really going to be something?" What a loaded question and happily, I had the loaded answers!
It was also an amazing experience to be on the team with companies as they grew from startup through independent fiscal success. At the same time, working with a business making poor decisions has also been a blessing. Viewing the consequences of business failure face to face is sobering, as it constantly fuels my energy everyday.
Working with businesses to succeed empowers me. Regardless of technology, everything still revolves around people. Spending time with a team, organization, their customers, their vendors, people. This is a result driven method to accomplishing goals in sales, revenue returns, human resources, and overall success. The drive to understand, motivate, train and learn from people.
